Relax and unwind in our newly renovated, fully air conditioned two-family beach house, just four tenths of a mile from the beach! You’ll have access to the entire 2 story house with separate entrances to each floor. Your stay will include exclusive parking and walk-on passes to the 3 gorgeous beaches in the Fire District of Misquamicut, RI, located in the beautiful town of Westerly; Lawton Beach, Benson Beach and Clark Farms Beach.
In addition to gorgeous beaches, Westerly offers a historic downtown district for shopping, bars and restaurants on the water, and family friendly activities. Stop into Martin House Books to savor a new book and a cup of coffee, stroll over to The Andrea Seaside Restaurant and Beach Bar for lunch or dinner on the beach, or rent a hydrobike, kayak, paddle boat, paddleboard or jet ski from Purple Ape to enjoy endless water sport fun!

Beach House on Richmond is a 2 story, 6 bedroom, 2 bathroom, air conditioned beach house that can accommodate 12 people.
Leave your cars in the driveway, and enjoy lunch or dinner just blocks away on the beach. Or, grill and soak up the fresh air on our expansive back deck. After dinner, there is plenty of room in the backyard to play cornhole, or any other outdoor games you might choose to bring.
Our beach house has a combination of ductless mini-splits, window air conditioning units, and radiators, delivering either air conditioning or heat for your comfort. There is high speed internet, and a smart TV located in each living room. The smart TV allows you to login to your own account with any streaming services such as Disney+, Netflix, HBO, etc that you may like to enjoy.
Check in at 4:00 PM. Check out at 10:00 AM.
Venmo payments preferred, cash or credit cards are accepted. Children are welcome. No pets, no smoking.
Our beach house is equipped with a Carbon Monoxide Detector, Fire Extinguisher, and a Smoke Detector for your safety.
Please note: Cameras are mounted by our front, back and side doors to monitor the exterior. Footage may be used for liability reasons and to ensure policies are followed. They do not infringe on the expectation of privacy. To disable or obscure the cameras is prohibited and may result in eviction without refund.
Also, while the top floor features very high ceilings, the first floor has beams with a clearance of 73.5 inches. Therefore, guests taller than 6’1” should be mindful of their head clearance on the first floor only.
